Anubha has over 20 years of experience specialising in transforming businesses through digital technologies in a wide range of industries and geographies. She focuses on ensuring successful outcomes for clients while enabling a growth-orientated, progressive environment.
In her role as a Transformation Lead, she recently led Engineering Transformation for one of the largest UK banks. She also leads Engineering Transformation proposition across Publicis Sapient FS International. Prior to that, she was the Practice Lead for Sapient’s .Net technologies content platforms where she was leading delivery for digital business transformation for more than a dozen global clients.
She plays an active role in Publicis Sapient’s Diversity and Inclusion programme and has a deep interest in championing Women in Technology. She is also very passionate about supporting and driving various Learning and Development initiatives.
She’s a firm advocate of physical and mental health, and is keen to bring the practices of yoga, sports, healthy eating and other wellness activities into the workplace.
