Angela is a registered trainer with the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System, specializing in Human Resource Leadership and Development.
She has delivered leadership and psychological safety training, managed senior stakeholders, and led digital modernization efforts in ambiguous environments.
Her advocacy for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) includes serving as One Team Leader for the Americas Indigenous Business Resource Group and nearly a decade of advancing gender equity through women’s networks. Angela’s dedication to cultural awareness and inclusivity has earned her numerous accolades, including the Top Emerging Leaders Award (2024) and the We Are the City Rising Stars Global Award for Achievement (2023).
As a former Chief Product Officer on the Board of Agile Austin, Angela championed professional growth and Agile practices while supporting community development as the board’s only female and Latina member. In 2021, Angela was nominated as a Houston Woman of Impact by the American Heart Association, reflecting her passion for empowering communities and promoting meaningful change.
