Anastasiia Voznytsia is a Chicago-based tech leader, serving as a Senior Project Manager at ForYourParty.com—a company reinventing custom party products through modern digital solutions—and as COO of Ukrainian IT Cluster, an international organization connecting more than 2,000 Ukrainian tech professionals worldwide. With over seven years of experience delivering high-impact digital, e-commerce, and operational technology projects, she is also a published researcher with multiple Scopus-indexed papers and forthcoming patents, known for advancing AI-driven approaches to project management.

Since 2023, Anastasiia has led global initiatives that create bridges between U.S. companies and Ukrainian engineering talent, organized international tech and career-development events, and actively mentored women entering or growing within the technology sector.
