Alysha M. Campbell is the Founder/Principal of CultureShift HR. She is a renowned Strategic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leader with a decade of experience in Human Resource
Management and DEI. Alysha is also a best-selling author and has won 4 awards for her work. She has led successful multi-million dollar workforce diversity and optimization projects and
has initiated employee culture initiatives promoting inclusivity. Alysha has a wealth of experience in the DEI space.
Her passion for the industry is what led her to start CultureShift HR. Alysha uses her business acumen to help companies utilize and engage their best talent while creating purposeful, diverse, and inclusive work environments that help businesses grow and thrive.
Alysha is currently a Board Member of the charity Tech Spark Canada in Ontario, where she has served for four years. She graduated from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology,
earning a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. In 2022, she was awarded IAOTP DEI Leader of the Year in addition to becoming an Amazon Best Selling Author of the anthropology "Building
Beyond the 9-5: Inspirational Lessons from Successful Black Women."
