Alla Lyubimova has over eight years of experience in B2B and B2E marketing and business development within the IT industry. In 2012, she joined Luxoft, and since March 2020, she has been working as CSR Manager. Her responsibilities include global CSR strategy development, running the Diversity & Inclusion program, and fostering the She’s in IT program, which is aimed at empowering female talent and supporting cooperation with external female communities. She is also in charge of managing global sustainable development, quality education, health and well-being, and charitable and voluntary initiatives.
