Alexandra Navarro

Alexandra Navarro is the Chief of Staff at Silicon Valley unicorn Paystand, a blockchain-based B2B payments company with offices in both the U.S. and Mexico. She’s also the head of the Paystand Foundation, an organization that aims to further financial inclusion through the use of blockchain technology and Bitcoin. The goal is to achieve a more open and equitable financial system by accelerating the growth of circular economies, enabled through selected organizations in emerging and underrepresented communities.

Prior to Paystand, Navarro served as chief of staff for the nonprofit 20,000-member organization Latinas in Tech, as well as senior director at Digital NEST, a Bay Area nonprofit that helps match Latin-American youth with corporate tech projects for on-the-job training and career opportunities. She has been honored as a Titan in Tech, a Woman of Influence, a Latinx Business Leader, and is a finalist in the 2023 Stevie Women in Business Award for Woman of the Year - Accounting & Finance.

An engineer by training and a career consultant, Navarro is the author/co-author of three books on achieving a work-life balance, inner strength, diversity, and inclusivity. Originally from Colombia, Navarro lives in the San Francisco Bay area with her three kids and black labrador. She loves to walk on the beach and support her church and community.
