Aghama Jesurobo is the award-winning Founder and CEO of MumsWhoCode. A dedicated community service leader and computing professional with over 12 years of experience, she is a powerful advocate for Nigerian women in tech. Her dedication extends to her role as a Volunteer Leader for the AnitaB.org Nigeria Community, where she mobilized support and implemented events and workshops for hundreds of women. Her efforts have been recognized with the prestigious anitab.org Systers Pass It On Award, a first-place win at the TechforGood Contest, and the Women's Tech Training Impact Excellence Award 2025 from Corporate Vision.
Her organization, MumsWhoCode, is a high-impact platform committed to facilitating the entry, retention, and career advancement of women and mothers in the tech industry across Africa. MumsWhoCode delivers its free, 8-week Digital Women Bootcamp (DWBC), providing training in high-demand skills like Data Analysis, UI/UX Design, and Programming. The mission is to prepare women for the digital economy and since 2020, MumsWhoCode has empowered over 3,000 women from 18 African countries through technical training, mentorship and a community of support.
