Aditi Gautam

Aditi is a Tech Lead at NVIDIA, where she leads the development of their foundational AI model for time-series forecasting, classification, and anomaly detection. Her work bridges the fields of deep learning research and large-scale system engineering, and she has been instrumental in building production-grade AI tools that are deployed across domains such as finance, logistics, and climate science.

Prior to NVIDIA, Aditi worked at Uber, where she played a key role in the development of Cadence, an open-source workflow orchestration engine designed to simplify the creation of scalable, reliable, and resilient distributed systems.

In addition to her technical work, Aditi mentors early-career engineers, contributes to technical design reviews, and regularly speaks on topics related to AI systems and model evaluation.
