Under her leadership, Stechad delivers world-class solutions to industry giants like Shell, Amazon, and Johnson & Johnson. Within three years, she transformed the company’s revenue from zero to six figures in USD. Stechad’s excellence has earned global recognition, winning awards such as IT Outsourcing Specialist of the Year, Best Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, and Equitable Place to Work.
