Rebecca Goza

Becky Goza is a forward-thinking, business-minded cybersecurity executive significant experience leading enterprise risk and security strategies across retail, nonprofit, and Fortune 500 organizations. She currently serves as Senior Director of IT Risk Management at Ulta Beauty, where she is advancing the company’s global cybersecurity posture, driving cloud security modernization, and aligning risk initiatives with business growth—especially as the organization expands internationally. Since joining Ulta Beauty in late 2023, Becky has led key strategic initiatives including the implementation of a 24/7/365 Security Operations Center, significant improvements in MITRE ATT&CK framework coverage, a 51% reduction in Mean Time to Respond (MTTR), and the restructuring of cybersecurity teams to optimize cloud visibility and incident response automation. She also enhanced board-level risk visibility through the development of impactful audit committee materials that communicate critical metrics and trends in cybersecurity.Previously, Becky held leadership roles including Head of Information Security (CISO) at Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores, where she built and scaled cybersecurity operations for 38,000 employees across 600 locations, and Vice President of Internal Audit at the American Cancer Society, where she established robust governance and compliance frameworks.
