Garima Jain

Garima Jain is an AI/ML Software Engineer at Dell Technologies, where she develops innovative solutions for enterprise storage systems. Her patent-pending work on CPU performance analysis has transformed how developers identify and resolve complex system issues. A published researcher with six peer-reviewed publications, Garima pioneers approaches to making AI concepts accessible to K-8 students through interactive educational tools. She holds a BS in Computer Science (Summa Cum Laude) from UMass Lowell and has been recognized with the "Best Innovative Idea" award at Dell's ISG Hackathon 2025. Beyond her technical work, Garima actively mentors women in technology and has been selected to speak at the upcoming Women in Tech Global Conference about creating inclusive pathways into STEM careers.
