Cristiane Xavier

Cristiane Xavier, MBA, PMP, is a senior project leader with 20+ years of experience in transformation, modernization, and digital innovation. She is currently Project Director at CIBC, where she delivers large-scale initiatives that enable organizational growth and operational excellence. Outside of her corporate work, Cristiane serves as Director of the WomenTech Network Toronto Chapter and Advisor at Women in Agile Toronto, where she champions diversity, equity, and inclusion while mentoring women in technology. A recipient of the 2024 WomenTech Leader of the Year Award, Cristiane is passionate about building communities and empowering future leaders in tech.
