Bamidele Farinre is a multi-award winning STEM leader, global STEM advocate, and author of The Mentor’s Journey: From Learning to Leading. With a deep passion for equity, inclusion, and representation, she founded BAMS Space – No Ceiling, a growing global community platform empowering underrepresented voices in STEM. Through her mentorship, speaking engagements, and cross-sector collaborations, she has impacted hundreds of mentees, driven policy conversations, and expanded access to professional development resources. Bamidele is a co-author of Empowering Women in STEM: Pioneering Paths to Shape the Future (Vol. 3) and was a finalist for the She Inspires Awards 2025 (Women in STEM category). Her work continues to open doors and change narratives — particularly for women, Black professionals, and those from underserved communities.
