Andrea is a commercial strategist, entrepreneur, advisor, and investor with global expertise in emerging technology, innovation, investment strategy, and strategic growth. She has built and grown four tech businesses across hardware and software sectors. Andrea leads Hive Founders, supporting over 4600 women and non-binary founders worldwide, and runs Womankind Ventures, a global angel investment group focused on funding diverse founders. She teaches Entrepreneurial Finance at Lewis & Clark College. Previously, she was Director of Strategic Initiatives Europe at Avanade (Accenture & Microsoft JV), focusing on growth, optimization, and M&A, and consulted for Microsoft across multiple continents. Featured in TechCrunch, The Financial Times, Forbes, and others, Andrea is passionate about increasing female representation in tech and entrepreneurship. She holds a Bachelor's from Reed College and an Executive MBA from London Business School.
