Alex Keedy is a seasoned Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) expert with over 9 years of experience in leading global cybersecurity sales and operational teams. Her experience spans leading an external security provider as their Director of Strategic Operations to building out a dark web intelligence provider’s global customer success team as their Senior Director of Customer Success. With a proven track record in managing $32 million ARR and scaling renewal operations for Fortune 100-500 clients, she has excelled in driving product adoption, developing KPIs, and implementing advanced risk management strategies to mitigate threats and improve clients' security postures.
Alex has held prominent positions at companies such as ZeroFox, Intel 471, Deloitte, and Booz Allen Hamilton. She has managed enterprise risk programs, led large-scale cross-functional projects, and developed strategic initiatives to improve client experiences. Alex's expertise ranges from briefing C-suite executives and managing global workstreams to tracking cybercriminals and leading cyber investigations. She holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, a Master's in Security and Intelligence from the University of Kentucky, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, Alex has been recognized for her contributions, including being featured in the 2024 “Top 40 Under 40” in Top Cyber News Magazine and nominated for the 2023 Cybersecurity Woman of the Year.
